The most interesting places in the city include the main square, where you can find the Joanneum Provincial Museum, the parish church or the Provincial Armory. On the castle hill there used to be a fortress, after which Hradec (Graz) was named. On the western side of the city, do not miss the magnificent Baroque castle Eggenberg with 24 representative halls and galleries.
