Pernštejn Castle (Czechia)

Between 1285 and 1596 it belonged to the Moravian family of the Lords of Pernštejn, the castle tower dates from the second half of the 13th century. As a result of annexes and reconstructions from the 15th and 16th centuries, the castle with its towers, gates and bay windows, considered to be impregnable, became more and more a Renaissance aristocratic residence. In the rooms of the inner castle, which was rebuilt in the 18th and 19th centuries, it is possible to see the equipment of that time (stylish furniture, picture galleries, library) and a collection of weapons.
