Sumava (Czechia)
This hilly, sparsely populated plateau is characterized by spruce and deciduous forests, fens and natural meadows. Its highest point is Plechý, 1378 m high, rises completely in the south. The most beautiful areas of the Bohemian Forest include the romantic valley of the upper Vltava, Čertovo Lake and Černé lake. One of hte most interesting and enjoyable places is also Lipno damn.
