Val di Non (Italy)

The valley is rounded with the Cles' salt, and thanks to orchards, pastures and historic castles it is picturesque all year round. You can visit the apple growers at Melinda Mondo, which is famous for the Golden delicius or Trentingran, famous for the production of Grana cheese. The Upper Adiji part of the national park offers great opportunities for hiking, including trails through mountain glaciers. Glaciers allow skiing throughout the year and trails are well maintained.
