Valle d´Aosta (Italy)

After the construction of the Mont Blanc tunnel, which connects Courmayer and Chamonix, the whole valley turned into a thoroughfare. We can find here significant historical monuments. The mountains offer excellent terrain for off-road descents and of course well maintained slopes. The most famous ski centers include Courmayer, Breuil-Cervinia (ski to Zermatt in Switzerland) Pila and Monte Rosa. There are also many trails for cyclists and hikers in the valley.
